Our electronic medical record has a HIPPA embedded video virtual platform to provide the utmost confidentiality during the encounter. Once making a reservation, you will be text a confirmation. A follow-up phone will be made before the time to provide instructions on accessing the secure video chat screen. Upon your reservation time, you will receive a secured message to connect to the video chat. A health care professional will contact you, and your encounter would be similar to an in-patient visit only without the physical exam.
